Our return policy is only exchange for store credit. We do not offer refunds. No exceptions.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return form within five (5) days after receiving your package. Returned package must arrive within 10 days after submitting your return request. Please contact us through our contact page and include your name, order number, e-mail registered and details of the product.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, have original tags attached, sanitary stickers in place and be returned in its original packaging.

Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Ocean Paradise's discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a store credit. Ocean Paradise cannot send back the order and will have to damage out any soiled items.

Sale items are non-refundable. No Returns.  No Exchanges. No Exceptions.  Please double check your sizes! No modifications can be made after your order is placed.
