Exchange Policy

At Ocean Paradise PR, we take pride in offering exclusive premium beachwear pieces, thoughtfully curated with care.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, but we do allow exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:


Exchange Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange.


Final Sale Items (No Exchanges)

Exchanges are not accepted for the following categories:

  • Sale items

  • White pieces or one-size items

  • Metallic colors or sequin garments

  • Cream tones or holiday-season items

  • Accessories (visors, hats, bandanas, jewelry, eyewear)

  • Tanning or body-care products

  • Pre-order or custom-made pieces (final sale; deposits are non-refundable)


Store Credit

  • We do not issue cash refunds.

  • Approved exchanges are processed as store credit valid for 30 days.

  • Store credit can be used one time only and cannot be applied toward multiple exchanges.


Condition Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, items must:

  • Be in perfect condition with all original tags attached.

  • For swimwear, include the sanitary protection liner intact.

  • Show no signs of wear: not washed, not stained, no odors, no makeup or deodorant marks.


Shipping & Responsibility

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the exchange.

  • We recommend using a service with tracking, as Ocean Paradise PR is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the exchange process.


How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange within the allowed timeframe, contact us via:

  • Order number

  • Contact phone number

  • Reason for the exchange

Once approved, we will provide the instructions and the return shipping address.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package and include photos. Your case will be reviewed with priority.


Wholesale (B2B) Purchases

Wholesale or distribution purchases are final sale, except for defective items reported within 48 hours of receiving the package.


Ocean Paradise PR reserves the right to reject any exchange that does not meet these conditions or arrives in a different state than originally shipped
